Chemistry and Physics Laboratory Services
:Introduction
The chemical and physical properties of construction materials are among the most influential factors in the design, construction, quality, and durability of structures. The Chemistry and Physics Laboratory is responsible for examining the quality and conformity of construction materials with the standards mentioned in regulations, national and international standards, in three main sections:
1- Soil, Minerals, and Aggregates:
Necessary chemical tests are conducted to control the quality of soils, aggregates, lime, and gypsum used in road construction projects, landscaping, bridges, dams, as well as alkaline reaction tests for aggregates used in concrete.
2- Water:
Chemical tests are performed to determine the acidity, electrical conductivity, anions, and cations in water used in concrete.
3- Cement:
Physical and chemical tests are conducted on various types of cement and concrete additives such as microsilica, pozzolans, fly ash. Additionally, tests are carried out to determine the percentage of carbon and sulfur in steel items, as well as quality control tests for traffic paint additives such as glass beads.

Soil and Rock Mechanics Laboratory Services
Introduction:
The Soil and Rock Laboratory offers services in two sections: Soil and Rock. In the Soil section, all physical and mechanical tests of soil, such as triaxial dynamic tests, can be performed. Utilizing the triaxial dynamic apparatus, tests related to determining the shear strength, modulus of elasticity, compressibility, and shear modulus of soil and granular materials can be provided.
In the Rock section, various mechanical tests of rocks are conducted, including uniaxial tests with measurements of modulus of elasticity and Poisson's ratio, triaxial tests, point load tests, Brazilian tensile tests, and direct shear tests. Additionally, ultrasonic tests, rock permeability, mineralogy, petrography, and the quality assessment of rock materials are carried out.

Chemistry and Physics Laboratory Services
Introduction:
The chemical and physical properties of construction materials are among the most influential factors in the design, construction, quality, and durability of structures. The Chemistry and Physics Laboratory is responsible for examining the quality and conformity of construction materials with the standards mentioned in regulations, national and international standards, in three main sections:
1- Soil, Minerals, and Aggregates:
Necessary chemical tests are conducted to control the quality of soils, aggregates, lime, and gypsum used in road construction projects, landscaping, bridges, dams, as well as alkaline reaction tests for aggregates used in concrete.
2- Water:
Chemical tests are performed to determine the acidity, electrical conductivity, anions, and cations in water used in concrete.
3- Cement:
Physical and chemical tests are conducted on various types of cement and concrete additives such as microsilica, pozzolans, fly ash. Additionally, tests are carried out to determine the percentage of carbon and sulfur in steel items, as well as quality control tests for traffic paint additives such as glass beads.

Soil and Rock Mechanics Laboratory Services
Introduction:
The Soil and Rock Laboratory offers services in two sections: Soil and Rock. In the Soil section, all physical and mechanical tests of soil, such as triaxial dynamic tests, can be performed. Utilizing the triaxial dynamic apparatus, tests related to determining the shear strength, modulus of elasticity, compressibility, and shear modulus of soil and granular materials can be provided.
In the Rock section, various mechanical tests of rocks are conducted, including uniaxial tests with measurements of modulus of elasticity and Poisson's ratio, triaxial tests, point load tests, Brazilian tensile tests, and direct shear tests. Additionally, ultrasonic tests, rock permeability, mineralogy, petrography, and the quality assessment of rock materials are carried out.
